Handmade from solid, high-quality, durable FSC-certified timber, Wildlife World’s bat box provides superior insulation and longevity without the use of any treatments that could deter the sensitive olfactory senses of bats. The decorative front is finished with water-based paint, and the design allows bat droppings to fall away cleanly, removing the need for cleaning by a licensed worker.

Position the bat box between 2.5m and 5m high on a building or mature tree, preferably on an existing feeding or flight route to enhance the likelihood of occupation. The ideal placement should face North, South West, or South East to receive partial sunlight throughout the day. Monitoring is possible without disturbance; watch for bat activity at dusk or check for droppings beneath the box.
